MATERIAL, COLOUR AND TEXTURE OPTIONS
Whether you have a building with exposed concrete or burnt brick elements, we are able to colour-coordinate the concrete so that it doesn't stand out from it, but instead is in perfect harmony with it. We can colour the concrete mix not only according to a colour chart, but also according to the individual needs of the specific materials used on site.
We designed the concrete mix in cooperation with the Institute of Building Materials of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Brno. It is designed with regard to the action of aggressive components contained in substrates, hydrophobic properties and high strength with regard to wall thickness.
The properties of the material and production technology allow us to apply almost any 2D graphic to the front walls of the block, either a texture, a logo or even a larger pattern, which will only stand out when the whole wall is assembled.

SYSTEM COMPOSITION
The W55 system includes 4 types of concrete blocks that allow free wall composition and adaptation to space. There are bushings in each block that allow the drip irrigation hoses to be installed. We also offer the option of choosing colors or applying an individual texture on the front of the block in order to perfectly match the wall with other components in your project.
CALCULATE HOW MANY AND WHAT BLOCKS YOU NEED FOR YOUR PROJECT
For the composition of our wall, you need to know practically two basic dimensions: height = 268mm and width = 380mm. All other dimensions are either a multiple or a fraction of the width of the basic module 380/2 = 190mm. For easier orientation, we have prepared graphics on how to calculate with individual modules.
